How you can help
United In Light, is a one of kind draft horse sanctuary located in Livingston, Montana that rescues the elder, abused and neglected draft horse breeds that would otherwise be sent to slaughter. We rescue all over the country, the last chance draft breeds that can no longer drive or be ridden due to injuries. Most of the time, we rescue off the feedlot. These amazing horses are still young and vital and deserve to live out their lives without the chance of slaughter. We allow the horses to live out the rest of their lives here at the ranch while facilitating in equine education and therapy programs to people of all ages and from all over the world.
UIL is a 501c3 Nonprofit organization and fully funded by public since 2003.
Your donation no matter the amount makes a draft size difference in helping to rescue another work horse, rehabilitation of the horse, educational programs and the great care these gentle giants so deservingly require after their years of hard work. Thank you for all your support!
